The Banger Bros. feat. MelAkai – Beep Beep Boom 2k12
CAPP Records is pleased to present for the first time on our label, The Banger Bros. with Beep Beep Boom 2k12.
The Banger Bros. is the musical vision and collision of the ultra- brilliant New York based DJs and producers Scott Binder and Nathan Heal. Formerly known by the name CyberSutra, the duo have made their mark time and again on the worldwide dance scene, working with vocalists including Jacinta (featured on CAPP’s Best of 80’s series), Tiff Lacey, Marcia Juell, and many others.
The change of name brought a new focus on an edgier, dirty electro house sound, and since the change, the guys have worked with artists including SpekrFreks and Jean-Claude Ades.
Now the boys bring a hot new re-release of their track Beep Beep Boom featuring vocalist MelAkai. After being featured on MTV’s Real World and hitting #3 on the UK’s Music Week Top 100, the track is now ready to kick it into high gear with incredible new remixes! A great new electro mix from the infamous Thomas You, along with an even harder-hitting one from Max K. CAPP Records, in association with Mental Madness Records (Germany), is pleased to bring you our latest value-packed compilation release, 50 BOUNCE! Tunes, Volume 1.
The Bounce! series was born in the summer of 2008, when San Francisco-based CAPP Records teamed-up with its premier German record label partner Mental Madness (home of the renowned Brooklyn Bounce) to produce a compilation that collected that year’s best and biggest dance hits from among the top hands-up and electro releases.
Bounce! made its return early in 2010, when Volume 2 of the series debuted, quickly becoming a Top 100 release in the Apple® iTunes® Music Store. In fact it was so successful that CAPP decided to return in 2011 with Bounce! (The Non-Stop DJ Mixes) featuring non-stop mixes from Jan Wayne and Brooklyn Bounce producer DJ Bonebreaker that highlight hard-to-find alternative club remixes.

Rob Mayth – Another Night 2k12
CAPP Records is pleased to present the latest single from Rob Mayth: Another Night 2k12.
Another Night was the 1993 global smash Eurodance hit for Germany’s Real McCoy. It reached #3 on the Billboard® charts that year, #18 on the charts in the group’s home country of Germany, and was a Top 25 hit in several other countries as well.
Who better, then, to revisit this classic and update it for today’s audiences than Germany’s own bonafide superstar producer and DJ, Rob Mayth?
Perhaps best known for his breakthrough 2006 cover of the Aqua hit Barbie Girl—to which Mayth gave his trademark energetic hands-up sound—this incredible talent continues to be an in-demand producer, DJ and remixer. His magic touch has been given to not only his own releases, but those from dance stars including Special D., Groove Coverage, Cascada, Rocco & Bass-T, and many more.

It’s 2012, and “Crazy Alice” is back in the wonderland! CAPP Records, in association with Balloon Records (Austria) have reactivated a true hands-up classic from 2007: Hands-Up Squad’s incredible Alice in Wonderland!
Hands-Up Squad, the production duo of DJ Mafia and Massiv4, got their start in 2006, standing as a creative force behind projects for hands-up mainstays like Steve H., Tom P. & Andy Rhythm, Mednezz, and many others.
But it was the massive 2007 release of Alice in Wonderland that puts the boys on the map. The track was licensed across Europe and became hugely popular with hands-up fans, while DJs across Asia embraced it as well.

She Drives Me Crazy was originally recorded by the UK’s Fine Young Cannibals, and included on their 1989 album titled, The Raw and the Cooked. It reached the #5 position on the UK charts, while it was a #1 Billboard® hit in the USA.
For 2012, CAPP Records and DJ Skillmaster revisit the track. More than just a simple cover treatment, CAPP reinterprets the track for today’s audiences, and brings to the party a number of top-notch remixes that make it work for any dance audience.
We start with a remix from one of the hottest production teams on the planet: DJs From Mars. These Italian boys deliver the preeminent mix of the track with their trademark energetic sound.

CAPP Records, in association with DJs Present (Germany), is pleased to bring you our latest value-packed compilation release, 50 D.TRANCE Tunes, Volume 3. This release represents our fourth major trance release (after our 50 D.TRANCE Tunes, Volume 1 and 2 as well as 50 Eye Trance Tunes, Volume 1).
D.TRANCE is quite literally where it all began, inspiring the trance music movement which many big-name trance producers followed.
The D.TRANCE story started in 1995 when its three founders (Marcel Ewald, Gary D., and Ecki Stamer) had the idea to create “the mother of all compilations” for the (at that time) fledgling trance music community. The result—the original D.TRANCE 1—sold out in just three days. By the time D.TRANCE 3 came along, it shot to #2 in the German dance charts, and subsequent D.TRANCE issues have all hit the top 10. While other trance compilations have moved toward pop or in other directions, D.TRANCE has always stayed true to the purest form of trance music.
Early in 2010, CAPP Records introduced D.TRANCE to North America with our first volume, 50 D.TRANCE Tunes, Volume 1. Now, 50 D.TRANCE Tunes, Volume 3 brings you another 5 CD’s worth of digitally remastered, pure trance music, gathered from various D.TRANCE issues. It is quite literally the best of the best.

Rikah—Missing 2012
CAPP Records is pleased to present the latest single from rising dance star Rikah: Missing 2012.
Canadian-born Rikah was raised by a rock-and-roll family in Toronto, where she joined her family touring virtually everywhere over the years. In 2006, Rikah wound-up in Las Vegas, where submerged in the rave scene, she met CAPP Records’ Cary August, and found her passion singing atop phenomenal house, techno and trance beats.
Currently calling Maui, Hawaii home, Rikah is still going strong. A breath of fresh air in a crowded community of dance vocalists, she brings it all to the table… Smooth, silky, sexy vocals… A live presence that is hypnotic, mesmerizing, and memorable… She even has serious songwriting chops that she’s brought to bear on previous releases.
For this new release, Rikah lends her sweet and sophisticated vocals to the classic global hit originally recorded in 1995 by the British duo Everything But the Girl—Missing. Originally recorded as a mellow pop song, it was the legendary Todd Terry who took the original vocals and remixed it for clubs, turning into a worldwide dance hit of the era.
Now, CAPP Records and Rikah revisit the track. More than just a simple cover treatment, CAPP reinterprets the track for today’s audiences, bringing a team of some of the world’s leading dance music producers to the project, and taking the song into fresh, new directions.
Global superstar PH Electro (Paul Hutsch) kicks-off the single, while Phun & Key and the incredible Tale & Dutch bring us club-friendly versions. Oscar Salguero (who has co-written with Rikah some of her past releases) adds his take, while CAPP’s own Steely M. & Cary August keep it mainstream. Peter Agyagos goes trance, while Vanilla Kiss vs. Phillerz as well as the legendary Crystal Lake both go “hands-up” techno with the track. There’s even a strong dubstep version from Twister!

DJ Analyzer vs. Cary August – Mortal Kombat 2k11
CAPP Records, in association with Mental Madness Records (Germany), is pleased to bring you an amazing new release, Mortal Kombat (Techno Syndrome) 2k11. So amazing, in fact, that it broke into the Apple® iTunes® Music Store Top 100 dance albums within 72 hours of its release!
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the classic videogame, Mortal Kombat. To celebrate, we present an incredible new version of this classic cult anthem. The song has become the de facto theme song for the game; it dates back to 1993 when it saw its first single release—the same year the game was released for home game console play.
Diehard fans have been clamoring for an update to the song; Richard Dalton—DJ and programmer for Seattle’s C89.5 (KNHC), the top-rated dance radio station—tipped-off artist/producer Cary August to this fact in late 2010, and convinced him of the need to do an updated version.
Sold on the idea, August convinced fellow producer DJ Analyzer to work with him on the project, and then assembled a global team of today’s hottest dance producers to contribute remixes. Performing the vocals, August also dug a classic 15+ year old Korg synthersizer out of his basement, so he could recreate the warmth and character of the original synth lead.
For this release, CAPP wanted to ensure that the song was treated expertly, so it would remain faithful to the original track, while at the same time blazing new music trails. The DJ Gollum mix is designed for those diehard Mortal Kombat fans who covet the original version of the song, which itself comes in a vocal mix, and a dub instrumental for gamers.
To this, we’ve added a little something for everyone. The release begins with strong electro treatment from Thomas You. Jan van Bass-10 brings a strong hardstyle mix to the party, while Alex Hilton goes electro. Oliver Contestabile contributes a high-NRG house mix, and you’ll even find a dubstep treatment from Gimbal & Sinan! There’s even a killer new techno remix from none other than Brooklyn Bounce.
